📍 Location: Starting at the NE corner of Carthage Square, working west, with the interior being completed last.

✅ Walkways will remain wheelchair accessible
✅ Traffic reduced to one lane in front of construction site.
✅ Business access will remain open—no closures!
✅ Some nighttime work to minimize daytime disruptions
✅ Redesigned bump-outs with added greenery for smoother parade routes
