The City of Carthage, Missouri will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on December 10, 2024, at the City Hall, 326 Grant Street in Carthage, regarding a grant of tax abatement for construction of a new production facility and cold storage building for the storage and handling of raw materials and ingredients used in the production process for finished goods at 2499 Hazel Ave. in the City (the "Project").
