Contact Republic Services at (417) 358-6999 or 1-800-627-1717 to request an additional trash polycart. They will need your address and phone number. There is an additional charge that will be billed by CWEP. Delivery of an additional poly cart usually takes about a week.
Contact our office and fill out a Sidewalk Participation Request form. We will visit your property and obtain measurements. Once eligibility is determined, you will then receive a letter in the mail letting you know how much your reimbursement amount would be. The complete sidewalk from property line to property line must be replaced in order to qualify, and there is a maximum reimbursement amount per property per year. There is a yearly budget limit for this program, and all reimbursements are subject to funds availability at the time of project completion. Only the sidewalk that runs parallel to the roadway at the street edge of a property is eligible for reimbursement.

Delivery of a replacement poly cart usually takes about a week. At time of delivery they will take the broken poly cart.
Contact Carthage Water and Electric at 417-237-7300 to set up new trash service or if you have any questions regarding billing. All trash services are billed through Carthage Water and Electric.
If there are no utilities ran to the garage/outbuilding (electric, water, gas, etc) then it can be demolished without a permit. If there are any kind of utilities ran to it, contact our office for a pre-demolition application. The application has contact information for the various utilities and a place for each of them to sign off once disconnects are completed. Once the form is complete, you or your contractor may return it to our office and obtain a demolition permit.
Before placing an item at the curb you will need to call and set up a bulky item pickup with Republic Trash Services (800-627-1717). Republic usually schedules pickups for Monday, please call by Friday for the following Monday pickup.
