The City of Carthage Safety & Wellness Committee is hosting a blood drive on November 16 at Memorial Hall. There are free Chiefs T-shirts for donors (while supplies last), and when you donate, you can enter for a chance to win Chiefs tickets to the January 1st game. The ticket package is two tickets and a parking pass valued around $700!!
